The product is strictly manufactured by the Franchisor GMT, Pondicherry and ends through the system at Sub-Franchisee. The controlling of brand and franchising business relationship is directly managed by GMT Administrative team.

This is the franchisee partners next to GMT franchise model. He owns the supervising right and responsibility of supplying our ice cream & its related products fresh daily to the Sub-Franchisees within his area. Master-Franchisee is managing the manufacturing unit setup "City Laboratory" for processing Ice Cream bases and its related products supplied by GMT.
Master franchisee also will own at least one retail Ice Cream & Coffee Lounge along with the production unit.

He is franchisee partner who represents the end structure of GMT franchisee business.
Sub-Franchisee will run one or more retail Ice Cream & Coffee Lounges by selling exclusively GMT ice cream and its related products. Interior and exterior furnitures will be supplied by GMT custom tailored according to the supplied selling area lay-out.
